Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

At Blueshaketee, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we allow customers to cancel or modify their order within 24 hours of purchase.

Change or Cancel Within 24 Hours

You can request to:

• Cancel your order
• Change the size, color, or design of your sweatshirt
• Update your shipping address

To make any changes, please contact our support team at support@blueshaketee.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Make sure to include your order number and the details you’d like to change.

What happens after 24 hours?

After 24 hours, your order will begin processing and move into the production stage. At that point, we are unable to cancel or make changes, as each item is custom-made just for you.

Why is the 24-hour window important?

Blueshaketee uses a print-on-demand model to reduce waste and support sustainable fashion. Because every sweatshirt is made-to-order, we begin production shortly after your purchase to ensure fast and efficient delivery. This is why we allow order changes only within the first 24 hours.
