Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Please note: We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they are defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
  • Original shipping charges ($6.99) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@blueshaketee.com within 90 days of delivery with a photo and your order number so we can make it right.

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items returned more than 90 days after delivery
  • Custom-designed sweatshirts (unless defective)
Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us to arrange an exchange within 90 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photo(s) if item is damaged or incorrect
