Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The return is initiated within the 90-day return window
  • A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is included

Please note: Customized or personalized sweatshirts are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items returned more than 90 days after delivery
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by shipping
Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or received a different item than expected, you may request an exchange within 90 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. Send a photo of the item and your order number to support@blueshaketee.com, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or full refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  • Email support@blueshaketee.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for our team to provide return instructions.
  • Send the item to the return address provided.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange status.
Refunds After Return

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable.
